2023年底，全球烘焙食品市場規模超過了4400億美元。數據顯示，中國烘焙食品行業市場規模預計保持10%左右的增長率，2025年市場規模將達3518億元。而中國人均烘焙食品消費量僅為7.7千克，與歐美等烘焙食品消費主要國家（或地區）仍有較大差距。中國烘焙食品消費市場還有很大增量空間，市場消費需求旺盛。

在第二十六屆FHC上海環球食品展上，來自全球30個國家及地區的展團及展商共赴食飲盛會，鏈接龐大的中國市場。其中不乏德國、法國、美國、歐盟、日本、澳大利亞等，其烘焙食品生產及消費份額在全球處于地位。

德國的面包文化冠絕全球，FHC德國展團帶來了供應各大商超零售的手工面包、冷凍面團等，也包括乳制品、油脂（黃油）、奶酪等烘培原材料。日本展團則展出了更多令人耳目一新的包裝烘焙食品、烘焙零食、餅干、日式糕點等。

About Us

Jointly organized by the Shanghai Culinary Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce and the All-China Bakery Association, the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show has been successfully held for 26 editions. Reflecting on the previous exhibition, delegations and exhibitors from over 30 countries and regions, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, and the United States, participated.
